This New Normal of Ours – August 10th, 2020 – We want to recognise all the connected businesses and families to Kangaroo Ridge Retreat who are also affected by the lockdown announcements. These are the businesses and families supplying the fresh, delicious and amazing in-cabin experiences for our guests.
We’ve been practicing isolation since before it was cool and always had a contact-less check-in. As a result of COVID-19 not much has changed in what you will experience. Most of our COVID-19 protocols are implemented in the background and behind the scenes so you don’t have to sweat the small stuff.
As a responsible tourism operator, Kangaroo Ridge Retreat aims to make the experience of coming to the Yarra Valley safe and memorable for both our community and guests.
We’re Going Old School – And keeping with the time warp, we are heading back to the roots of brewing and brewsters with super special guest Emily Day, Editor of Froth Craft Beer magazine.
We are super excited to announce that as per the Victorian Government update on the 24th of May, 2020, we are once again able to welcome guests who have non-essential travel in the Yarra Valley from the 1st of June, 2020.
We’re Heading Downtown – ?When you’re alone and life is making you lonely you can always go Dainton.
When you’ve got worries, all the noise and the hurry Seems to help, I know, Dainton !!?
I’m Looking for a Fox – ?I’m all alone and fancy free, but that ain’t the way I wanna be! I’m looking for a fox! ?
Lead a Horse to Water – but you cannot make it drink!! But we’re not horses so we will be giving this little collaboration between Watts River Brewing and Sailors Grave Breweing a drink.
The Great Beer Off – It’s IPA against IPA. The clash of the beer titans. Two Yarra Valley IPAs square off in a battle of beers!
