For the third year in a row, we’re humbled but delighted to find out Kangaroo Ridge Retreat was awarded 2022 Travellers’ Choice award from TripAdvisor!
Toot! We are super heartened by the support and love our guests show us.
This award is based on a full year of TripAdvisor reviews for consistently receiving great traveler feedback. It places us in the top 10% of hospitality businesses around the globe. Indeed, we are currently sitting at number 1 in 1 of specialty inn in Healesville or …. number #1 of 19 in Healesville. But we’re not really counting. At the heart of what we do is providing excellent service and sharing the Yarra Valley with our guests from Melbourne and beyond.

Most times, our team does not get to meet our guests because we make the magic happen behind the scenes. Therefore the insights we receive from the honest feedback are invaluable. Our dedicated team get to see how all their small personal touches are positively received.
