This year we put our taste buds into detective mode to find the perfect set of wines to complement the wintery views and our new immersive Larder experience. As a result we have found that sweet spot of where fine wines, natural landscapes and delectable bites combine to create the ultimate getaway experience.

In this exquisite wine selection, we proudly introduce you to Tillie J Wines, a rising star in the Yarra Valley of wine making. Hailing from the Yarra Valley and recently awarded the Young Gun of Wine, Tillie J is an exceptionally talented and passionate female winemaker.

Through Tillie’s participation in the 2019 No.7 young winemakers program and her viticulture work with Giant Steps she has developed her own wine label, infusing her creations with her unique perspective and experience traveling the vintage trail across the cool climate regions of the world. Prepare to be enchanted by the bright and savoury flavors found in Tillie J Wines Pinot Noir, a true testament to her remarkable talent and unwavering commitment.

Our Winter Wine List has been meticulously tried so you can indulge in some luscious vertical tastings of Cabernet Sauvignons from Medhurst and Soumah. Explore the captivating cool climate Syrahs from the experimental Cre Wines and elegant Pimpernel Vineyards, with their harmonious blend of spice, fruit, and earthiness.
