Each season Kangaroo Ridge Retreat showcases a seasonal selection of boutique wines from the Yarra Valley in its cabins. Each wine is absolutely spectacular for its own reasons.

2012 Vintage

Start your celebrations with this elegant Sparkling  with 60% Chardonnay, 37% Pinot Noir, and 3% Pinot Meuniere. It has been in preparation for 8 years just for your special evening. Traditional French style that has been on lees (secondary ferment) for 7 years, after the 10 months primary ferment in old French oak barrels. While sipping you’ll enjoy smells of mandarin, oatmeal, pistachio and honey and almond biscotti notes on the palate, accentuated by a delicate bead and a creamy mouth feel. Cheers!

Relax and enjoy the view with this Chenin Blanc its richness and complexity of apple strudel, limestone and searing acidity. Pale and gold in colour gives the palate a creamy texture of apples and pears, vanilla and sweet spice. With a refreshing and clean finish.
